The "MRT" markings indicates that it underwent "mildew resistant treatment

This is a tremendous example of a WWI era fez which we believe is of Ottoman origin. The fez is in fantastic shape as it comes housed in its original metal transit case which is named to one side M. NAGUI, the name Nagui being of Arabic origin. The fez has a makers label inside which is unfortunately obfuscated by the tassel retention. The fez measures 5 tall and is roughly a Size 6 3 4. The moroccan leather
